Akshay Kumar and Nimrit Kaur, who were invited as chief guests for the fourth Jagran Film Festival, made most of the opportunity to urge their fans to support them.
Akshay, whose ‘Boss’ is releasing shortly said, “We actors always get recognition by our fans. And people gathered together here in such a huge crowd makes me feel proud.”
While Nimrit said, “I do not know how many of you would have watched my debut film ‘The Lunchbox’ but do go ahead and watch the film. We missed on the Oscars.”
The festival began in Delhi and travelled to 15 cities before culminating in Mumbai and will be held till September 29.
