Barkha Roy’s upcoming ‘My friend Hussain’, is a film on the life of late artist MF Hussain. And her sister and well known actor, Reena Roy is also making a comeback with it.
“There’s a lot more to the distinguished late painter than just his paintings. He loved filmy gossip and wouldn’t mind making regular calls to his friends. I myself was quite impressed by his thought process which he brought alive on the canvas. Also, his lively nature stimulated me to paint his real persona on the reel,” gushes the enthused director. The film has already gone on the floors and a pivotal song ‘Ye Ranga Hai’ has been shot at Hazrat Nizamuddin.
