The film is being directed by Imtiaz Ali who finally chose to work with Deepika whose films right from ‘Cocktail’, ‘Chennai Express’ to ‘Ram-leela’ have been successful at the box office.” As her previous outing with Imtiaz Ali, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ also proved to be successful so it must have been too tempting of an offer for Deepika to turn down.
