The actress reveals how she balances the act between her lenient dad and strict mother

Sonakshi Sinha is one actress who has stirred clear of any controversies. While she is her father, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha’s pet, on the other hand she had to strictly follow her mom, Poonam’s dictates and return back home on time.
Reminiscing about her childhood, she says, “Yes, I was my dad’s pet. Whenever Luv and Kush would trouble me I would get them punished (her siblings who are look alike twins). While one would pull my hair and disappear the other one would get punished. Earlier as a kid I too would get confused about who is Luv and who is Kush. But as time went by, now I can easily differentiate between them. Luv is on the calmer side.”
Revealing her precious gift from dad, she added, “I was very fond of Barbie dolls. So, whenever dad traveled abroad he would get lots of lovely Barbie dolls. I enjoyed playing with them.”
“My mother takes care of my curfew timing. However, I am supposed to reach home by around 1:30 P.M. I make it a point to wrap up all my assignments before the curfew timing. I never had to climb through the windows as I stay on the top floor so reaching through the windows is not possible. I do consult about my work and about my dress etc with mom. Undoubtedly, like any other moms, my mom too starts calling me up if I happen to cross the curfew time,” shares the actress about her relationship with her mother.
