Dad’s pet, mamma’s obedient child by lipika varma Published: Thu, Dec 12, 2013

Sonakshi Sinha is one actress who has steered clear of any controversies. While she is her father, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha’s pet, on the other hand she had to strictly follow her mom, Poonam’s diktats and return back home on time.

Reminiscing about her childhood, she says, “Yes, I was my dad’s pet. I was very fond of Barbie dolls. So, whenever dad travelled abroad he would get lots of lovely Barbie dolls.” Talking about how her mother took care of her curfew timings, she shares, “I was supposed to reach home by around 1.30 am. I made it a point to wrap up all my assignments before the curfew timing.”
