Ranbir loves to sing .Rock star being one of the most happening musical films Ranbir feels he does not possess good vocals, “Yes! It is extremely amazing and great to hear actors to sing while acting in their films. However, I did sing a rap song in one of my earlier films but sadly enough no one has remembered my number. No one knows about my song number. It was not successful. However, other actors’ song numbers have been very successful.”
Refreshing his childhood memories he adds,” I remember my mom and dad had admitted me in singing classes. My singing teacher called them up one fine day and informed that about me not having the “Sur” and Taal” So I think singing is not for me.”
Having turned a producer with Bombay Velvet and planning short films,”Ranbir feels bringing his granpa’s –Raj Kapoor’s life on reel will take a long period of time….Yes if I plan to bring my granpa’s life on reel I will need at least more than 500 days to complete the film. So if at all we plan to cane his life journey on the celluloid we will have to be fully prepared.”
Holding his breath for a while he adds,” Infact I am keen on bringing out the life of all the “Khans” through making a short film….…Shahrukh Khan,Salman Khan and Aamir Khan live on the celluloid. The “Khans” have a very happening professional career, their fans and the audiences would enjoy watching their real life time on reel Bring Salman and SRk together you ask me is not easy- but we can technically showcase them together. However, like some of you would like to romance with Amitabh Bachchan similarly it is my wish to bring all these “Khans” on one platform more so for the love of their fans and also their successful journey needs to go down from not one but many gen to come ahead.”
Refuting all the rumors of his marriage with Katrina he said,” I have known Katrina and her family from the time I have worked with her in Ajab …I keep visiting London.However; I am married to my work at the moment. I have no marriage plans for the next two years at least.”
Promoting the “Savan” musical application he elaborates the term”Savan….” For me Sawan” this word connects to “Barrish…this period brings in moments of happiness and interesting times ahead. Well! Marriages mostly are celebrated in the months of December and January. Therefore after nine months i.e. “September Month” a child is born.[Pure nau mahine baad bachcha hota hai.]a child is born only after completing full nine months in the womb of moms….
