Priyanka's Ex Beau Aseem tight lipped on jaju's Biopic? The latest buzz about the biopic of Prakash Jaju, the former manager of Priyanka Chopra, which is being the proposed feature film being made by Priyanas’s ex beau Aseem merchant has taken an ugly turn.
Priyanka's Ex Beau Aseem tight lipped on jaju's Biopic? The latest buzz about the biopic of Prakash Jaju, the former manager of Priyanka Chopra, which is being the proposed feature film being made by Priyanas’s ex beau Aseem merchant has taken an ugly turn.
The riled Priyanka has slashed a legal notice to the makers.
Prakash Jaju sent us a message which states, “I have sold the rights of
my Biopic to lime Light. And I am bounded under a strict confidentiality
contract, Pl…speak to them”
While Vikram Razdan [Lime light] sent another message which states
as follows,”Please connect with Me. Alankar Kriplekar of M/S Mag Legal.”
Advocate Alankar Kriplekar [For Lime Light]said,”I have not read
the media reports,thus I will not be able to say anything on it. All I
can say the Biopic is a proposed feature film which is based entirely on
Prakash Jaju’s life history and we shall go ahead making it. The film
is yet to be get an official announcement. It is in the pre-mature stage
right now. We will legally follow all the procedures and thus get into
the making of this Biopic –the life history of Jaju. Well! I cannot give
away the details of the notice that has been received by us.It is very
confidential. Nor can I comment on the media reports mentioned therein.”
Well, Aseem Merchant did not reply to our calls.
However, Priyanka remained unavailable for comment as usual.
As reported in the media
According to the report the notice states: “Our client is shocked
to note that while all the news articles mention the proposed film as
your (Jaju’s) biopic, the promotions largely refer to our client and
inclusion of aspects of her and her family life rather than references
to you.
You are intending to collude with Mr Merchant in violation of our
client’s rights, including right to privacy, defaming our client and
lowering her reputation, seeking to subject her to hatred and ridicule.
Our client calls upon you to withdraw all the publicity material of
the film with immediate effect, desist using or referring to any
personal or confidential information about her and/or her family, desist
from producing, releasing the proposed film and tender an unconditional
apology to her.”
