Drawing comparisons to
‘Mahabharata’, which flopped miserably, she says, “I agree that ‘Mahabharata’,
which had a certain amount of fiction, did not go well with the audiences. Even
‘Jodha Akbar’ is fictionalized. Unless I add some fiction to tell a tale, I
feel my creativity is stunted. I work in order to entertain people and also
want my 200-odd employees to do well.”
