Shahrukh`s ``Dil Se approach``for Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale !!Saturday 4 October 2014 | 4:33 PM | By Lipika Varma

No sooner did Shahrukh return back with his team to Mumbai ,the next day he was busy promoting his film through a new show on Zee,”Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale .” Yes I got associated with Zee once again as I have lost few shows earlier...I “arm twisted” them and got my association rejuvenated, this time our association shall go on for another 200 years, which will thus make over for the loss I had  suffered by not being there on Zee’s earlier shows.” Said King Khan jokingly.
Ask Shahrukh if he dances with his kids pat comes the reply,”“Yes! We wake up every morning and  keep nodding our heads right and left…that is the dance for me and Abram  which suits fits every song then it could me a number from my film…..Lungi Dance, Chamak Challo .But if I ask Aryan to dance with me then surely beat me up for asking him to do this nodding head kind of a step.” Says King Khan jokingly.

About himself being a terrible dancer, he says,” I can be considered to be the ,” World’s best dipper …However this took me a long time to get the hang  of dipping. I remember Rakeshji made me go through on a bicycle in order to complete the dance number as I was taking long time to get the real hang of the steps.  This song was choreographed by the legendary Saroj Khan for film King Uncle he quips,” “We were shooting for Is Jahan Ki Nahin Hai Tumhari Aankhen.  Truly speaking I get jitters whenever I have to go in accordance to the count…one to ten.”

Adding further he says, “The first time Barry John cast me,  as a dancer and not as an actor. I was the principal dancer. I had just one line: ‘Annie I have a letter for you’. Through the rest of the play I was just dancing!”
Refreshing   his memories he gives credit to Amrita Singh for giving him a piece of her mind and making him comfortably dance  “Amrita’s advice during my film-  Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman “ I was getting very nervous to do this dance number, it is then she told me ., ‘Just be happy and it will seem as if you are dancing.’ For the last 20 years I have just been doing that…..I enjoy dancing.”
On not being judgmental or a good judge he quips, “I can’t judge. I try to avoid judging shows; I’d rather just tell everyone they are doing the best I just can’t point faults in anyone.” Concludes King Khan
