Ekta Kapoor returns to what she does best

The queen of television, Ekta Kapoor is all set to recreate the magic of two Indian cultures, Punjabis and Tamilians through ‘Ye Hai Mohabbatein’.
“It’s a tale of a simple middle class girl with a past failed relationship. It is natural when a woman feels incomplete without a child. A woman marries a man even though she hates him the most, just for the sake of a child. The storyline touched my heart,” shares Ekta.
As it premiers on Star Plus on December 3, 2013 at 11 pm, not regretting the late timing, she says, “I really want the urban audiences to watch this serial. Thus I have no regrets for the slot at all.”
