Ranaut has been making waves recently for playing an evil mutant in
'Krrish 3'. In a candid chat with DC, the actress talks about her
Bollywood journey, her upcoming projects and her marriage.
“I wanted to marry Leonardo DiCaprio when I was 16-17. But as you grow your priorities change and I too have matured. I do realise the mistakes I made as an adolescent and I do not want to repeat them,” says the girl from Manali.
Talking about tying the knot, Kangna says, “Marriage, at this point, does not appeal to me. When I do get married, it would be to someone who would be a companion, not someone who would boss over me.”
Talking about her movie projects, she says, “Other than 'Krrish 3', my film 'Rajjo', where I play a mujra girl, is also set for release. I am excited about all my films, be it the small-budget 'Rajjo' or the mega-budget 'Krrish 3'.” 'Rajjo' will be clashing with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 'Ram-Leela' at the box office, but Kangna is not nervous. “Both films have their audiences,” she says.
One thing that has gone in Kangna’s favour is that most of her films have been based on woman-oriented topics. “'Krrish 3' is a hero-centric film but my role is also very important. Rakesh Roshan considering me for the role was indeed a privilege.”
