Bhoothnath Returns By Lipika Varma

Story- Bhoothnath [Amaitabh Bachchan] is unable to scare anyone therefore with “Bhootnath Returns” he comes down again and is successful in keeping the mystery of the Ghostly appearance. Accept one boy named Akhrot [Parth Bhalerao] can see him. They become friends and how Bhoothnath with his help tries to change India forms the crux of the story.

Screen play/writing/ direction/dialogues- Nitesh Tiwari direction seems to bring in some freshness. Indeed with a quiet few fillers and jokes the film keeps one and all glued to the screen. The emotional aspect in the film brings in intriguing touchy moments. The climax could have been a little fiery. Something seemed to be missing in the climax which seemed very,”Thanda!!”

Editing/Cinematography- A bit of fast paced editing especially towards the end could have benefited the film. The length of the film could be chopped a bit especially the boring scenes right above in the sky. Cinematography is good.

Performances’ –Amitabh Bachchan as usual keeps one glued to the screen with his ever freshening and high-spirited
gestures. Boman Irani, Sanjay Mishra and Parth Bhaleroa added their able support to the film with their exuberant performances.

Go ahead and watch the film-Bhoothnath being a solo release is surely gonna be a hit at the box office. Also the film can be watched by audiences of different age group.The film brings entertainment for the kids, youth and the elders too…

आज वक्त बदल रहा है। लोग जाग रहे हैं। ऐसे में, राजनीति केवल नेताओं के लिए ही नहीं रह गई है। जो भी ईमानदार है और सच्चाई के साथ समाज के लिए काम करना चाहता है, वह राजनीति में आ सकता है। चाहे वह कोई फिल्मी सितारा ही क्यों न हो।

जकल मैं बड़ी दुविधा में फंसा हूं। चुनाव सामने दिख रहे हैं और मैं वोट नहीं डाल पा रहा हूं। भारत दोहरी नागरिकता की इजाजत नहीं देता और मैं अपने स्तर पर कई रास्ते खोज चुका हूं, पर नाकाम रहा। मेरी समस्या यह है कि अपनी अमेरिकी नागरिकता भी नहीं त्याग सकता, क्योंकि यह कदम उठाने पर मुझे 10 साल का अग्रिम कर भुगतान करना होगा। लेकिन फिर भी मैं सोचता हूं कि अगर वोट देता, तो किसे देता? उस व्यक्ति को, जिसने मेरे क्षेत्र में विकास कार्य किए होते। जिसने मेरा वोट पाने के योग्य खुद को साबित किया होता। एक आम नागरिक के नाते मुझे देश और इसके लोगों के प्रति अपने कर्तव्यों का पूरा भान है।

आज की राजनीतिक स्थिति पर नजर डालता हूं, तो मेरे मन में किसी चेहरे को देखकर उम्मीद नहीं जगती। मैं राजनीतिक चेहरे की बात कर रहा हूं। प्रधानमंत्री पद के तीन सबसे बड़े दावेदारों— नरेंद्र मोदी, राहुल गांधी या अरविंद केजरीवाल को देखकर मुझे कुछ नहीं होता है। उनकी बातें, उनके वायदे मेरे अंदर कोई स्फूर्ति नहीं पैदा करते। इसका कारण साफ है। मुझे लगता है कि ये लोग मेरे आसपास की परिस्थितियों में कोई खास बदलाव नहीं ला सकते। आपके इर्द-गिर्द परिवर्तन वही लोग ला सकते हैं, जिन्हें आपने चुना है। फिर चाहे वह किसी भी पार्टी के हों। इसलिए हमें सोच-समझकर ऐसे व्यक्ति को वोट देना चाहिए, जो हमारे क्षेत्र और राज्य की बेहतरी के लिए काम कर सके। हमारी समस्याओं को दूर कर सके। सच यह है कि प्रधानमंत्री कोई हो, नया या पुराना, आपके नजदीक प्रत्यक्ष तौर पर कुछ नहीं बदलेगा। इसलिए हमें अच्छे-बुरे को सोचकर ही वोट का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। मैं मानता हूं कि हमें चीजों को बदलने की शुरुआत अपने आसपास से ही करनी चाहिए। यही परिवर्तन का बेहतर और ठोस रास्ता है।

मैं राजनेता नहीं हूं और न ही राजनीति में मेरी विशेषज्ञता है। लेकिन मैं इतना जानता हूं कि अगर कोई नेता मुझे सपने दिखता है, तो उसे काम भी करना चाहिए। तभी वह मेरा विश्वास और वोट पा सकता है। आज लोग नेताओं पर भरोसा नहीं करते। उनकी बातों को झूठे वायदों से अधिक नहीं मानते। राजनेताओं के लिए यह चुनौती है। उन्हें इसे स्वीकार करना चाहिए। राजनेताओं को अपने काम से लोगों का भरोसा लौटाना होगा कि वे सिर्फ चुनाव के दिनों में वायदे ही नहीं करते, काम भी करते हैं।

वक्त बदल रहा है। लोग जाग रहे हैं। इसलिए राजनीति केवल नेताओं के लिए नहीं रह गई है। यह समाज सेवा है और जरूरी नहीं कि इसे करने के लिए किसी खास क्षेत्र के लोग ही सामने आ सकते हैं। जो भी ईमानदार है, सच्चाई से समाज और जन कल्याण के काम करना चाहता है, देश की दशा और दिशा बदलना चाहता है, वह राजनीति में आ सकता है। यहां तक कि फिल्मी सितारे भी। राखी सावंत को ही लीजिए। मैं उनसे केवल एक बार मिला हूं और मुझे लगता है कि वह दिल की साफ और अच्छी हैं। हमें उनको सिर्फ आइटम गर्ल की तरह ही नहीं देखना चाहिए। हो सकता है कि वह लोगों के लिए सचमुच बहुत अच्छा काम करें। मुझे नहीं पता कि क्या सोचकर उन्होंने राजनीतिक पार्टी बनाई और चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला किया, लेकिन अगर उनके इरादे नेक हैं, मन में कोई खोट नहीं है, कुछ योजनाएं हैं, तो अवश्य ही वह अपने क्षेत्र के लोगों की मुश्किलें दूर करेंगी।

एक आम नागरिक के तौर पर मुझे यों तो कई क्षेत्रों में तरक्की की जरूरत नजर आती है। लेकिन फिर भी लगता है कि हमें शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में विकास की सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत है। यह बदले हुए समय की मूल आवश्यकता है। सबको बराबर शिक्षा के बगैर नौकरी के लिए समान मौके नहीं मिल सकते। साथ ही, एक पढ़ा-लिखा व्यक्ति ही सही और गलत के बारे में बेहतर ढंग से सोच-समझ सकता है। शिक्षा व्यक्ति को मजबूत बनाएगी, तो स्वभाविक तौर पर समाज और देश मजबूत बनेंगे। शिक्षा से ही समाज में असमानता जैसी समस्या खत्म की जा सकती है। असमानता एक अमानवीय समस्या है। एक इलाके में खड़ी 25 मंजिला इमारत में रहने वाले और उसी इमारत से लगी झुग्गी-झोपड़ियों में रहने वालों का मतदान क्षेत्र एक ही होता है, लेकिन झुग्गियों में रहने वालों के साथ भला कहां अच्छा व्यवहार होता है? नेता दशकों से गरीबों की भलाई के नाम पर योजनाएं बनाते और उनसे वोट लेते आए हैं। लेकिन अब गरीबों का भला करने और उनका जीवन स्तर उठाने की दिशा में काम करने की सख्त जरूरत है। दुनिया के किसी देश में गरीबी को अच्छी नजर से नहीं देखा जाता। इससे किसी भी देश की सरकार की संवेदनशीलता का पता चलता है। चूंकि हमारा देश तेजी से उन्नत हो रहा है, इसलिए हमें इस दिशा में गंभीरता से सोचना चाहिए।

बदलाव किसी एक व्यक्ति से नहीं आता और यह सच्चाई है कि मैं अकेला किसी बदलाव को लाने में सक्षम नहीं हूं। लेकिन मैं यह समझता हूं कि देश में आखिर किस तरह के बदलाव की जरूरत है। कैसे आपसी समझ-बूझ तथा सामूहिक प्रयासों से समाज में परिर्वतन लाया जा सकता है। इसके लिए मुझे या हमें ऐसे व्यक्ति की जरूरत होगी, जो इस दिशा में ईमानदारी से काम कर सके। इसे यों देख सकते हैं कि भले ही मैं डॉक्टर नहीं हूं, लेकिन मुझे यह तो मालूम है कि मुझे कोई बीमारी है और इसके लक्षण भी दिखाई देते हैं। तय है कि मैं बीमारी को ठीक नहीं कर सकता। ऐसे में मैं एक सही व्यक्ति यानी डॉक्टर की तलाश करता हूं, जो बीमारी ठीक करके मुझे स्वस्थ बना दे। ऐसे ही हमें समाज और देश को सुधारने के लिए आज एक अच्छे डॉक्टर की जरूरत है।

Rangrasiya is one of the most popular TV shows. The lead character Ashish Sharma has a crazy female fan following. And now the creatives have come up with a new twist, promos of which are being aired, that shows the lead couple in a pathetic light — the hero as a crazy, insensitive guy and the heroine, a submissive doormat.

Apart from being a doormat, the heroine is now also a love sick puppy who doesn’t mind being humiliated, by the dismissive hero. She doesn’t even care that he is nasty to her almost always in front of a huge audience.

And the new promo is even worse. While finally marrying her, instead of doing the traditional saat pheras, he promises eight different ways of torturing her! After seeing the new promo, viewers’ comments online say “the show is being butchered”.

The director of the show, Siddharth Sengupta, defends the twist. “The show is still in the pilot mode. These scroll downs are a marketing strategy and while they may distract the attention of the viewers, they are to let viewers know what’s coming.” Talking about the plot, Sengupta says, “The hero is shown as an introvert. He has had a troubled childhood as his mother had deserted his father. Therefore, he does not trust women. He is a bit crazy and short-tempered, but not psychotic. Also, we need twists and turns in the show so that the audiences remain excited.”

Ashish Sharma, the hero, says, “These promos give an insight into what the show is going to be like. I am enjoying performing my character to the fullest. Having grown up in an unnatural kind of an environment, he has become like that.” “In real life, neither am I crazy nor do I hate women,” adds Ashish.

When asked why the promos were butchering the characters, creative head Mughda Dhonde says, “I refuse to digest the word ‘butchered’. In no way does the current wedding promo butcher the show. In fact it reveals their love story a little more. Our heroine  shows that she has the strength to have things her way but at the same time she tries to be submissive… Because she loves the guy. Slowly and gradually they will realise that they are childhood friends and have grown up together… Having the promos in between is because of this thought process. Being a love story we are trying to reveal a little more about these characters through the promos. How will the audiences remain glued to the show unless there is some excitement?”
