Ranveer Singh congratulates Lipika Varma for receiving the best senior journalist Aap ki Awaz Award
By: Faisal Saif- Lipika Varma a born lecturer and a journalist by profession has been writing articles from 1990. While teaching in Utpal Shaghavi School (Mumbai) and in a private college possessing a die hard passion of pursuing journalism with the blessings of God she could finally make it.
However, taking her family ahead especially her son Karmik Varma's life ahead as a single parent, Journalism had taken a back seat in the eighties. But thanks to the opportunity bestowed upon the almighty God by getting appointed in Utpal SanghaviSchool in Juhu Mumbai in the nineties, She could shoulder her responsibility of giving her son the best education as well she would get stories from the school itself. Not many know that most of the kids studying in this school belong to the starry family of Hindi film-Dom.
Well! She has been awarded the best senior journalist Award organized by Aap Ki Awaz Media excellence Award 2013. It was like a blessing in disguise for this passionate Journalist had to rush for her assignment Interview with Ranveer Singh for his up coming film Lootera.
No sooner did Ranveer looked at her with an award he congratulated her and obliged her by clicking wonderful snaps. What more could she ask from the almighty God!!

Jiah Khan's suicide: Actress says she will act role in film

Actress Jiah Khan's mysterious suicide that has shocked Bollywood will be made into a Marathi language film. To be called ‘Nati'’ (Actress), the film stars noted Marathi actress Tejaa Deokar playing the role of Jiah.
Without revealing too much, Tejaa said, "Yes we are making ‘Nati’ on the life of an actress who is frustrated with her career and especially her love life.
“It is a journey of a woman and the circumstances that makes her commit suicide. I have to lose a lot of weight in the first half of the film and I am rigorously working on it.
“In the second half, I need to put on weight. I am also working on the stories of different models and actress who have committed suicide in the past.”
On being asked if the film is based on the recent Jiah Khan's suicide case, Tejaa replied, "I believe performing the character of Jiah will create no controversy at all.

“Why should I bother to take permission from her mom? Had it been some great politician or someone who may have done something for our country, then I would care to seek permission.
“For example, the character of Indira Gandhi, then we would definitely have sought permission. Also, my producers will have to look into all this. As an actor, I need to just do my job.”
About Suraj Pancholi, she says, “Yes, it needs two hands to clap. While in love we cannot blame the other.”
Speaking about her own love life she says, “My man is not from the Bollywood horizon at all. But I am very lucky to have someone so understanding and trustworthy.
“But, I must confess I would never have committed suicide for any reason what-so-ever. Life is full of problems, we need to sort them out.”
‘Nati’ is being directed by debutant Yogesh Jaadhav and is all set to hit the screens in the month of October.

Sources also claimed the director is on the hunt for an actor who looks similar to Suraj Pancholi.

When starlet Sonam Kapoor was quizzed if she is adorning a bikini in a forthcoming Yash Raj film, she took a completely different stance from her earlier statements about sticking to simple and modest roles. “Me, being a contemporary Indian women, if I am coming out from a swimming pool, wisely enough, I will not be donning jeans and T-shirt or a burka!” she state bluntly.
She has always maintained, “I will never don a bikini. I know real, lively and simple characters suit me and I would unhesitatingly do such roles.” Is it a case of one protesting too much and then being caught in one’s own web of words?

When he was spotted all alone in a corner and asked whether everything was fine in his married paradise, he quickly retorted, “Yes, why are you asking this question?”
